Hotel Accommodations
A block of overnight rooms for Friday and Saturday has been reserved with the Hampton Inn in Chicopee, MA. The rate is $109 per night plus tax. Individual reservations must be made by September 24, 2008 by calling (413) 593-1500 (refer to GMH/Women in Education). Individual cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival.
In addition, rooms at the Days Inn Chicopee has been arranged for a rate of $100 per night. Individual reservations must be made by September 26 by calling (413) 739-7311 (refer to Alumnae Association Room Block).
Pre-registering for the Conference
To ensure a listing in the conference directory and your overnight accommodations, please register for the conference by September 30, 2008.
Registration Hours and Locations during the Conference
Please check in at the on-site registration area (we will notify you of this location closer to the time) when you arrive on campus, where you will receive your registration packet. Packets will include your name badge, an updated program, and all pertinent information related to the conference. Click here to view the hours of registration.
Shuttle and Parking at Mount Holyoke College during the Conference
Transportation from the Hampton Inn to the College will be available. Please refer to the Preliminary Schedule of Events for shuttle schedule. You may park in any space on campus designated as faculty and staff parking from 5 PM Friday until 7 AM Monday. Please do not park in areas designated for students or service vehicles.
Conference Registration Fee
The conference registration fee of $30 per person ($20, if you graduated between 2002 and 2008) includes all conference registration materials, refreshments on Saturday and Sunday, and the Friday evening reception. Conference meals and accommodations cost extra. Please see the registration form for more details.
Cancellations and Refund Policies
You must make your cancellations by September 15, 2008 in order to receive a full refund of the conference fees. Refunds cannot be issued for "no shows" or requests received after September 15, 2008.
Conference Attire
We recommend business casual for all activities during the weekend.
