Children’s Program: an insider view

Later, we went to Skinner Green for outdoor activities.  Everyone ran to the bounce house first.  Catching their breath, Julia J. and Kate G. were happy to tell us that they “loved the bounce house!” Almost all the kids agreed with that—it was big, had a good hard bounce, and also came with a cool slide.  The puppet show was very popular with the younger kids. They liked the animal stories—especially the pig and the fox tale—and the cute, colorful puppets. Afterward, there was popcorn for everyone and bubbles to play with on the grass.  Aliya S. summed up the day as we headed back to the art room for snacks and a movie: “This is way more fun than what my mom gets to do!”
