The station, which draws 2.7 million listeners, nominates candidates for “Tomorrow’s Newsmaker Awards” from a competitive pool of women and men in business, the arts and humanities, and science. Labor Secretary Elaine L. Chao ’75, who headed the U.S. delegation that attended the closing ceremony of the 2008 Olympics on August 24, was featured in a Los Angeles Times article about the delegation. The story noted that Chao, who earned an MBA from Harvard, is the only member of Bush’s Cabinet to have served all eight years of the Bush presidency. More….
