Former Labor Secretary Elaine L. Chao ’75 spoke to the Washington Post recently about her eight years in President George W. Bush's Cabinet. Chao, who formerly led United Way of America, worked at the conservative Heritage Foundation and served in the administrations of Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W.
