Quarterly "Coming Attractions": We need alumnae voices for . . .
The Alumnae Quarterly magazine is considering articles on the topics below, and invite you to speak up if you’d like to be part of any of them.
- Alumnae currently serving in the military
- What the Weissman Center for Leadership and the Liberal Arts has meant to you (Its tenth anniversary is this year; the center includes the Speaking, Arguing, and Writing
- Program and the Community-Based Learning Program.)
Alumnae who were the first in their family to attend college
- “Global nomads” (those who have lived and worked in several countries, and/or consider themselves citizens of several nations, or citizens of the world in general)
If you want to be part of any of these pieces, we want to hear from you soon.
Please send your name, class year, and a brief description of why you’re a “go-to” woman on this topic to Quarterly editor Emily Weir (eweir@mtholyoke.edu). Please include the article topic in the subject heading of your e-mail. Thanks!
