Self Assessment

Congratulations to you! You are about to embark on one of the most important pieces of work you can do to ensure life satisfaction to the fullest extent. With reflection and careful consideration, you can evoke your own wisdom about who you are, what your signature strengths may be, and what you can do best in the world that will lead to your satisfaction and livelihood.

There are, of course, choices along the way, but the realm of possibilities has expanded tremendously in the last ten years. As the speed of change increases, so does the potential for new work opportunities, and options are opening each day. Creative thinking and careful matching of opportunities to your strengths and values can take you to amazing places in your career and in your life.

To facilitate this process, I have created this collection of exercises for you to use. Given the breadth of areas to consider, you may choose not to use all of the material provided. I would, however, recommend that you spend time on self assessment as a central part of the work.

I hope that this material will be helpful to you. Should you want assistance, please contact me.
