Form C

The Internal Revenue Service requires all Alumnae Association affiliates to either file their own information return, or participate in the Alumnae Association’s annual group return.  Each class must submit its financial information annually on the forms provided by the Alumnae Association; we consolidate all of this data and use it to complete the group return. Classes that do not participate in the Alumnae Association’s group filing by providing the requested financial information in a timely manner must file their own IRS return.  Every class is required by the IRS to file at least the Form 990-EZ, regardless of size or level of activity/inactivity.  Failure to meet annual filing requirements for three consecutive years will result in the IRS revoking tax-exempt status.
